Information you send in a quote request
The quote form asks for your name, contact details, project address, photos and information about the work. Heartland uses those details to assess your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you about the project.
How project photos are handled
Selected photos remain in your browser until you submit. The site resizes and re-encodes them in your browser before upload, removing the original photo metadata. Avoid including people, documents or personal details that aren’t needed to show the work area.
When you submit, your contact details, project information, photos and contact permission are sent to Formspree, which processes quote requests on Heartland’s behalf. Its storage and processing practices are described in the Formspree privacy policy. You can also call or text Matt directly.
Website hosting and usage information
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information for hosting and security. We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and interactions such as phone-button clicks and quote requests. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser, device and usage information under Google’s privacy policy. Quote contact details, project addresses and photos aren’t included in the interaction events we send.
Formspree may process technical information, including your IP address, for delivery and spam prevention. The site keeps your draft only in the current page’s memory; it is not saved in browser storage and is lost when you reload or leave the page.
Information shared when Google Maps loads
Our service-area maps show Johnson County. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may process technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under its privacy policy.
